Kalaheo School 5th grade students are learning everything there is to know about ENERGY. They can clearly articulate what energy is and what it does, and they know all the forms of energy. The students have investigated the difference between kinetic and potential energy, they have explored conduction and they learned about renewable energy. These students even took a trip to KIUC to learn the specifics of electrical energy. But they didn't stop there, the 5th grade students applied their knowlege and worked together to produce some science lab stations that taught our school community some of these energy concepts. These students have worked very hard to produce the ENERGY EXPO SCIENCE NIGHT!
