Garden Club
The Kalaheo School Garden Club is sponsored by the National Tropical Botanical Gardens (NTBG). 4th and 5th grade students sign up for this club each semester. These students are learning about native and non-native species of plants. They are planting some of the native species on our campus and they are taking care of the plants they put in the ground. Each semester the garden club takes a trip to NTBG where they explore, learn and work for an afternoon at the botanical gardens. Check out the pictures to see these gardeners in action.
